| Condition | Due to a lack of investment for renovations, the hotel had to close in 2015, 2016 to 2019 the building became a refugee accommodation and now it is to be rebuilt, especially the facade is to be renewed and changed. |

Concrete panels structure the façade of the elongated block. 7 bands of windows indicate the floors, below them somewhat larger windows, probably foyer and common rooms. At the ends of the window bands narrow balconies protrude from the façade. The special thing about this building is that there are even windows and balconies on the short sides. In front of the building, supported by narrow concrete columns, there is a concrete porch that forms the restaurant and a covered outside area.
