This C-shaped civic center contains a large hall (1,075 seats) and a medium size hall (300-500 seats) in its one arm. The remaining L-shape serves as a welfare community center. The facilities are oriented to a shared courtyard in the middle that faces the water. (Special thanks to Ari Seligmann)
