Spiky, the façade rises into the sky and hides the roof garden behind it. The building stands in a strong contrast to the other buildings on the street, partly because of its expressive form but also because of the material: concrete. In the concrete façade there are narrow horizontal and vertical window openings, some of them even cross over. Next to the windows, pointed volumes of concrete protrude from the façade, intensifying the somewhat dangerous effect of the pointed roof.
