| Condition | In December 2017, the municipality has initiated an examination on the buildings' need of renovation plus a study on their future concepts of use. A first result is that the concrete of the high-rise's façade has to be renewed. Another focus will be the stressed cables of the hall's roof: If they are in bad condition, the municipality will consider demolition. |
