Exposed concrete, angular overhanging building parts. A floating concrete canopy awaits the visitor after climbing the stairs. Above it, also seeming to float, a horizontal band of windows completely embraces the room. A little further on, a window in a concrete frame protrudes from the building and draws attention to itself.
