The building was originally occupied by Koospol, the foreign trade business of Czechoslovakia. Since 1989 it has been home to large international firms most notably T-Mobile and Citibank. The panel construction consists of more than 20.000 m² of usable space distributed across 7 floors. The building is divided into two parts; a main building with approximately 16.000 m² and an annex building of about 4.000 m².
