The hall of student fraternity Minerva is characterized by angular volumes and the exposed concrete frame. The unfinished concrete shows prints of the wooden moulds that were used to cast the concrete blocks. The description of the heritage listing notes, that it is the only notable example of Brutalism in the city of Leiden. (Special thanks to Niels de Jong)
