Until 1990 this public building was used for political education and from 1990-2003 was home to refugees of the Balkan wars. Currently not in use. Totaling 8.500m², the building comprises 145 rooms, including function rooms, gyms, a cinema, a library, a restaurant and a bar. Special thanks to Kramar.
