Uniwersus Book Store (today: ING Bank and other tenants)
| Condition | Used as a book store until the 1990s. Lots of signs and antennaes have been added and the interior has been altered to accomodate the new businesses. The syenite clad façade remains intact. Threatened by demolition although listed. |

The form of the building consists of several cuboids. It is characterized by expressive overhangs. Large glass surfaces are covered by sun-breakers. The lower parts of the walls are inclined.
