Hyde Park Barracks
| Condition | Despite attempts to have the buildings listed by the 20th Century Society and Historic England, the Barracks are still not protected. Plans for demolition were deferred because of recent notions of higher national security risks and the recurring needs for an army base. |

The complex consists of a high rise and a lower brick-faced part with flat arched concrete supports similar to Spence’s University of Sussex. It houses soldiers and stables. Special thanks to David Veitch
