Built to host the headquarter of the Electric Utility CADAFE (Compañía Anónima de Administración y Fomento Eléctrico). A twin tower was designed in the original project but it was never constructed. A generous square receives visitors, while in its center a cinetic sculture made by Alejandro Otero (Solar Mirror II) rotates its blades according to the path of the wind.
