| Condition | The building is in quite original condition, just slightly renovated. The stilts have been painted dark red, some storage boxes have been added on the entrance level and the windows have been renewed in a different shape but at least in the original colour. The facade is untouched as of 2015. |

Multi-storey block of flats for holiday-homes. The different units from four up to nine storeys and rise from a parking lot in the basement. Above, the entrance area is built on stilts, thus creating a vast open space on this level. In the middle of the complex there is a large two storey indoor pool and on top of the building there are roof gardens. The façade is made of precast concrete elements with a slight texture reminiscent of reed. Written by Torsten Ahlers
