Six-storey general purpose building, constructed in reinforced concrete, originally exposed concrete on the outside. It was expanded in 1999 with the Espace Riviera, a building of 10,000 square meters. The whole complex has an overall space capacity of 35,000 square meters for exhibitions, expositions and trade fairs, as well as numerous rooms and 18 auditoriums.
