The exposed concrete building shows its concreting sections on the façade through distinct joints. In the area of the exterior stair tower, the joints trace the rising stair treads. The interior balconies are protected from the incidence of strong sunlight in various ways by canopies, enclosures of the building walls and brise soleils.
