„Le Forum" was the only built element of a vast project for a management center decided in the early 1970s. The complex, whose brutalist architecture was characteristic of the 1970s, formed an "L" made up of several blocks of variable height ranging from a simple ground floor to a volume dominating 11 floors and a technical level at the top. A special design element was the round exterior stair tower.
