Due to the growth of the institution, it was necessary to build a great club house that could gather the main services of the community (restaurant, cafeteria, administrative offices, lounges, restrooms, theatre, among the main features). During construction, the building started to slide because of terrain problems, reason why it required further structural solutions. Japanese engineers that were in Caracas for a conference, were hired to design the metallic wire system that is exhibited throughout the ceilings. Most of the collumns of the building show a nice geometrical work over them, adding a special appeal.
