This parking lot was inaugurated in 1969, alongside with the brand new train station (RER A - Regional Express) of Nogent-sur-Marne. It had 600 parking lots as well as a unique round ramp to go up and down the 3 floors. Barely 80 cars parked there every day on its last days and the city replanned the whole area, in search for a more appealing entrance to the city.
