Residential and Office Building

Twelve-story residential and office building, which is set back from the main road and a large traffic intersection by a forecourt. The almost 100 m long façade to the main street is symmetrical, while the main staircase of the building serves as the axis of symmetry. The street-shaping effect is impaired by later built upstream sales booths. The loggias are largely individually glazed or installed in very different ways. On the top floor, there are quarter-circle loggia openings arranged in pairs.
