Residential Building Schellingstraße

The eight-storey corner building merges into the perimeter block structure, but jumps back a few metres forming a forecourt area in front of the supermarket on the ground floor. Washed concrete slabs and light green painted, protruding concrete pillars as well as opaque façade surfaces with formwork patterns characterise the building.
