Like many Brutalist buildings in Munich, the large nine-storey court house merges into the perimeter block structure. Through an offset, the building volume forms a lowered forecourt at the street intersection, where the entrance is located. The courtrooms create a kind of Beletage on the first floor. Protruding pillars highlight this floor from the uniform grid facade of the floors above, which jump back a few metres.
