On an L-shaped floor plan, architect Andreas Plattner created three structurally interlocked single-family houses close to the Mannheim Luisenpark. The houses, designed with exposed concrete, feature varied cubic shapes that predominantly emphasize the horizontal. However, vertically upward striving sections are also present and calm the optical movement of the buildings. On the façade, the different floor heights are marked with thin concrete beams. Towards the streets, there are two floors recognizable, while to the rear the buildings open to the lower garden with three floors. The architect has provided the houses with fixed furniture, flooring, ceiling cladding, and wall designs.
